Films with an impact
In my documentaries and reports, I explore the background stories and socially relevant topics. My aim is not to polarize, but to show the circumstances that lead to a particular situation. The focus is on people who share their experiences, grievances, or problems from their own personal perspectives. My films are characterized by a special connection to these individuals. As a science journalist, I primarily cover medical and health policy issues. I work as a freelance director for ARD, NDR, WDR, ARTE, and DW. Due to my numerous international travels for film projects supporting NGOs, my thematic focus has expanded to include international reports and documentaries.
